Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Southeast Region: LA, MS, TN, AL,  SC

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum five years of outside sales experience in the utility industry
  • Ideal candidate will have a background in LED lighting
  • Proven success in sales growth within a given region and timeframe
  • Experience with manufacture reps and utility distributors
  • Ability to understand and respond to technical documents, RFI’s and RFQ’s
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and program management skills
  • Ability to travel 50% to 70% of the time
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Technical Field Preferred


  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
  • Collaborating with manufacture reps and distributors to maximize sales revenue, close specific target accounts and meet or exceed regional-set goals
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales
  • Reporting opportunities monthly using the opportunity tracker
  • Managing with the Sales Director all sales channels: Distributors, manufacture reps and customers
  • Developing specific plans with the Sales Director to ensure growth both long and short-term
  • Educating, with the Sales Director and VP of Sales and Marketing, manufacture reps and distributors with presentations of product overviews, strategies, seminars and hosting regular meetings
  • Mandatory joint sales calls with manufacture reps and distributors calling on key customer accounts
  • Participate in regional and national tradeshows
  • Attend all required Evluma sales meetings in Renton, Washington
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommend improvements

  • Sales volume by location
  • Existing client engagement
  • Customer satisfaction
