Regional Sales Manager

EVLUMA in Renton, WA seeks a qualified Regional Sales Manager for the Western region including the following states: CA,OR, WA, AZ, NV, UT, ID and MT.

Salary Range:  $110,000 – $135,000.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum five years of outside sales experience in the utility market, Lighting and/or electrical industry
  • Ideal candidate will have a background in the utility market, LED lighting and controls
  • Proven success in sales growth within a given region and timeframe
  • Experience with manufacture reps, the utility market, ESCOs, specification community and distributors
  • Ability to understand and respond to technical documents, RFI’s and RFQ’s
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational, leadership and program management skills
  • Ability to travel 50% to 70% of the time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher – Business or Technical Field Preferred
  • Must live in the sales territory


  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the region
  • Collaborating with manufacture reps, specifiers, ESCOs and distributors to maximize sales revenue, close specific target accounts and meet or exceed regional-set goals
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales
  • Reporting opportunities and specifications using the CRM
  • Managing with the National Sales Director all parts of the sales channel: Distributors, manufacture reps, specification community, ESCOs, distributors and customers
  • Developing specific plans with the Sales Director to ensure growth both short and long-term
  • Educating manufacture reps, utilities, the specification community, ESCOs and distributors with presentations of product overviews, strategies, seminars, and hosting regular meetings
  • Mandatory joint sales calls with manufacture reps and distributors calling on key customer accounts
  • Participate in local, regional and national tradeshows
  • Attend all required Evluma sales meetings in Renton, Washington
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommend improvements

Medical & Dental & Vision Premera – Blue Cross/VSP – Company pays 100% for Employee and 50% for Dependents following the first day of the month following 30 days of employment

Basic Life/AD&D – 1X salary term up to $150,000 for employee paid by the company

Long Term Disability – 60% monthly salary paid for 90 days of disability

401(k) – Plan Company matching contribution (up to 4%) following the first day ofmonth following 3 months of employment

Paid Time Off  – 3 weeks (0-3 years) 4 weeks (3-8 years) 5 weeks (8+ years) accrued annually, capped at 2 years of accrual

Holidays – 8 fixed plus 2 floating

Incentive/Bonus Plan – Based on company and individual per and individual performance (up to10% for 2023)
