Please contact your local Sales Representative or Evluma Regional Sales Manager prior to contacting the Evluma factory directly. Assistance is available from our Customer Service Team Monday – Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM PST. Please provide the model number of the product and the serial number if possible.

Return Material Authorization

  • Complete RMA Request Form below to obtain RMA#.
  • Receive RMA request acknowledgement email from Evluma Customer Service which includes RMA # and processing instructions.
